If only we could see the magnificence of the life force in all living things, we would not abuse any of it.

Human beings have been given gifts of energy and light to use for good and peaceful purposes, if we are aware.  Look around you and be in awe.  The world thanks you.

Mid-Winter Blahs

In colder climates, short, frigid, dark days can wear on our emotions, especially if we have not prepared ahead of time.


Some people live out winter differently, creating special traditions using food treats, festivities, etc. to deal with the doldrums.
