I agree -- it's very confusing. But...there is a wonderful study that helps us understand better : A Course in Miracles.
We are spiritual beings, one with Spirit. In this physical world, we do not understand this. We have separate bodies, so we believe we are separate. That is the illusion, the unreality. We think with a part of the mind that keeps us from knowing Truth.
Once we grasp the reality that we share a Oneness, we are more careful how we treat others, knowing that it is really affecting us. It's a Divine Paradox.
The reason you keep hearing this is because people are awakening. You are one of them - in the right place at the right time. If you return to this blog often, every post is an attempt to teach this principle. XO
If it all is an illusion how can we tell what is reality? This is very confusing even though I keep reading and hearing that.
