I love the intuition you have about your dog. I only wish I could recall something I recently read that confirms an animal's ability to read our minds.
An animal needs very little--shelter, food, fresh water to survive. But when he is given unconditional love in return for his own, we read each others' minds perfectly.
Provide your dog with an even greater respect for his presence in your life, and voila -- you will read his mind as well as he is reading yours. XO
I'm convinced my dog knows how to read my mind but not sure I'm as good at reading his.
