Like the expression "beauty is in the eyes of the beholder" symbolism can take on different meaning too.
I most appreciate Biblical reference. The rainbow appeared in scripture after the flood. Noah saw it in the sky and knew something good was about to happen. In that passage, the Creator was giving a visible sign of His Presence.
A double rainbow can mean many things, but transformation in both the physical world and the spiritual world is the way I like to interpret it.
Think about the political arena we are in. Has it been upsetting you at all? Are you concerned for the world? Were you upset with your own personal world at the time you spotted it?
The Universal Energy responds to our thoughts constantly. The sighting was a message to you that not only will situations transform into better realities, but your spirituality will grow along with it.
Does a double rainbow have a different symbolism? I saw them a few times last year but never before.
