Awesome question. This is my humble opinion on the matter.
Every idea holds Truth. There is LOVE in hatred, LOVE in darkness, LOVE is all there is. We must search for it, desire it, see LOVE with the third eye in all things.
Because we only consider duality, and believe that it is Truth, we never see the Truth of Unity.
Truth of Unity in all situations is tapping into Inner Power.
But when we continue to be angry, greedy, competitive, we miss the grand scheme of things -- LOVE.
And...LOVE resonates with the soul-- we know it's Truth.XO
How do we know what is proper knowledge when there is a million different ideas out there.
