I hear your predicament and will share that I went through a season like that myself.
I learned the art of making positive affirmations every morning, no matter how much of my time was being pulled in many different directions.
As I went about my responsibilities, I silently claimed peace for myself, health, prosperity, sanity, all the things I knew belonged to me, to everyone. I claimed them as my own.
Not much time later, things in my life began to change. I experienced supreme gratitude for somehow connecting to the Divine flow of life.
I might suggest the Esther and Jerry Hicks series. They have YouTube lectures that will teach you the art of positive affirmations and the correct use of your mental faculties. They have also written excellent books.
Write back to me for more guidance, but for now, this is a good beginning. Remember...if you want something new in your life, you must start doing a new thing.
Trapped with family responsibility (dad alone and needs help). Have my own kids too. Very trapped no time for me -work part time.

ReplyDeleteHi,
DeleteLet me suggest you remove the word "try" and replace it with do.
