I assure you, I have those days myself and I know many others who feel the same way at times.
All I need to ask you is whether you honor your responsibilities or not? If you have commitments and do not follow through with them, that's another issue.
But if on those free days you become lazy and fail to do as you planned, it is simply because being lazy is very easy and sometimes...that's exactly what you might need in order to cope with a hectic life.
This is what I have learned about myself. I love to be lazy...but the fruit of my hard work fulfills me even more. I often have to force myself to get up and show up...but when I do, the day is glorious.
I get lazy and don't do anything I plan. Why is that?
