DeleteEnchantment is Agape Love. It is beyond words and can only be spoken of in allegory. It is the River of Life.
It is not enough to dangle our toes in the water but to submerge completely. When we surface, we may have the unheard bar of music, the medical breakthrough, a new invention, everything, anything...
As humans, we tend to spend our lives sitting on the banks of the river, wishing rather than plunging.
What holds us back?
Judgment and criticism block us from taking the leap and becoming the magic, the enchantment of the universe.

wow there are just too many necessary things that have to be done to take care of everyone and everything that becoming the magic is a privilege. how do you do it when so much is on your plate?

DeleteLiving in the world presents strain and struggle on everyone. I often get lost in it, feeling depleted and resentful.
Then I realize those thoughts are blocking a deeper understanding of myself and everything around me.
I change my mind relative to how I wish to look at my situation. I choose more loving thoughts. At once, things begin to seem different.
Try it...you'll see. Change your mind, your world will change. This is the proper order for things to be better.

ReplyDeleteAt the wave of his wand, the magician captivates you by some unseen change you didn't expect to happen. All of it was an illusion, a trick. It was entertaining, but only for a moment.
Instead, become captivated by the Reality of Love. Its magic is permanent, no illusion, no trick. Its evidence is all around us.
Think about an enemy you have. Love will unite you. Those restless nights you spent being upset will be replaced with peace.
Think about the future that worries you in one way or another. That concern will be replaced with trust that all is exactly as it should be.
Every thought you have either replaces Love or encourages Love. You must take the first step and choose again, choose Love.
Watch the magic of the universe immerse you in joy.
