When I think about the best parts of my life, they have usually come from the worst situations.
I no longer worry about a rough landing ahead as something wonderful will eventually happen. That's an attitude I choose to take, no matter what...and it's where I find all the material I need to write my stories and teach my classes.

your classes must be fun.
ReplyDeleteHi,
DeleteWell...I have fun, but I can't speak for the others.
Sometimes, people only come once and never return...I guess they didn't have too much fun.
I will share the greatest secret I learned from ACIM ( A Course in Miracles) If you know about that book, you also know that it is not a "delightful" read. Rather, it's a psychological reorganization of one's entire life.
Here's the secret buried within its pages --- laughter!
Only when we can truly see ourselves from a less serious perspective, can we see how silly it is to hate instead of love, to hurt instead of help, and on and on.
With a new outlook, things can appear more enjoyable. In my classes, we do laugh a great deal once we discover that new way to look at the situation.
