Water Meditation

The ebb and flow of life renews me.  I release what binds me. 
The water brings clarity.
I am ready for all that is next.

      I totally understand what you mean. We all do it. It's referred to as the Human Condition.

      The best advice I can give to set your thoughts in a different direction and free your mind from guilt, fear and worry is-- A Course in Miracles.

      This is no ordinary book that one can read like a novel and finish in a timely fashion. This is a complete change of thinking we never imagined before, one that will liberate us.

      I know first hand what you are asking and I know first hand that this is the Answer to all problems.

      There are ACIM group meetings around the world. The book is printed in nearly every spoken language. It's history as to how it came about is mysterious and inspiring.

      The change you are asking for must be made at the SUBCONSCIOUS LEVEL. This book will make that correction for anyone who is willing to make it a part of their daily life.

      Do a Google search. Elect to have some lessons sent to your email daily. Find a group in your neighborhood. If you don't like the first one you find, seek out another.

      Apart form ACIM, I have no other answer. It saved my life XOXO
