May I suggest you enter a metaphysical store or congregate in the metaphysical section of a book store. The vibration of others will automatically inspire you.
Allow your intuition to guide you to a deck. Once you make that first step, begin to play with your cards, forming a relationship with each one over time.
Tarot Cards have powerful information on them that automatically resonates in your subconscious mind. Be careful not to judge yourself during the process. This is only the ego being fearful you are connecting to TRUTH.
