Our thoughts travel in a circle, right back to us at some point in time.
Along the way, they pick up like kind of material...either loving things or its opposite, according to what was sent.
This is why it is so important to watch over our thinking.
We have thousands of thoughts each day. If they are all about the argument we had, or the unhappiness we experienced, we are creating something else in our life we don't want as well.
If we try and see things differently and with more love and kindness, everything changes for the better.
It is a force that either we allow ourselves to be subjected to or...we direct it.
