Shadow Self

Our Shadow Self holds all the power -- once we are willing to face it head on.

All judgments and outbursts of anger hint to the Shadow Self we refuse to address. And what we resist, persists as BLOCKS to our healing and overall well-being.

  1. My shadow side is like something I try to ignore. I know I shouldnt do something or say something cause its not coming from a positive place. Does it really have power? I try not to hurt people with my negative stuff.

    1. Hi,

We all try to ignore our shadow side. It represents a dark place in our minds filled with guilt. Unable to confront it, we project it onto others with judgment, criticism, anger, even violence in one form or another. All these behaviors return right back to us--magnified!

Yes--it has POWER--the power to harm us--or the power to heal us once we address the issue within.

There is no easy way to remove the blocks of guilt in the mind. I have found A Course in Miracles to be very effective for me. XO
