The eye has no mouth to speak, it only sees.
Close your eyes and open your mouth.
Now try to see.

That is the top rail of a split-rail fence. It was so beautiful, that it caused me to think there is an all-seeing eye in everything.

DeleteIt has been said that the whole of G-d's Mind is the Eye, awake and active by way of Thought.
The eye represents sight in things unseen.
The LOA is directed by thought with the spiritual vision to know it is working.
I just listened to an interview on the LOA. One person indicated the thoughts must rest on the thing desired.
Another person indicated the thoughts must rest on the "belief" in the law of attraction.
The second person demonstrated a higher understanding of the eye.
We sow seeds into what we desire by way of thought and preparation.
The "eye" sees the operation of the law in action and remains calm until the desire is manifested.
The difference between the two appears subtle but is really profound once one understands the secret behind the eye.
To answer your question, I think you have been asking for higher meanings to life and receiving validation each time you spot something that appears to be the symbolic eye.
Like breadcrumbs along the way, these signs and wonders take us where we want to go. Imagination is the key.
