Raising Vibration

Nothing rests, everything vibrates.

This is true for the densest of matter like rock, to the highest of thought which is Spirit. 

Lower and heavier vibrations experienced in the heart and mind are associated with pain and anger.

Higher vibrations bring awakened consciousness and love. All becomes Light and Beauty, even you change.

Through a direction and will of the mind and heart, you can raise your vibration, alter how you both look and feel. 

The question is simply put:  How do you choose to think about your circumstances?

Go With The Flow

The Flow of Life is more than just letting things happen out of sheer defeat or exhaustion.  It's a willingness to know that by letting go, we are in a current that will travel past the circumstances.  We aren't stuck along the side.

Summer's Remnants

"Daphne was looking at the sunset through the old Victorian's windows, heavily clouded over by layers of salty mist from the harbor.  She glanced down at tiny grains of sand still clinging to her tanned feet from a beach walk, just taken.  I guess I won't be seeing much more of that, she lamented, thinking of the pending fall and winter ahead and the heavy boots necessary for the cold, northeastern storms."

Morning Sun

The sun reminds us we are involved in a joyous process of regeneration.  At any age, we can get a new lease on life, a dawning into a wondrous new world of experience.

This is a moment when your sub-conscious mind and ego conscious mind are aware of each other.   Rather than being at odds as they have always been, for the first time in your life -- you have harmony. 

The seas have gathered (states of mind) and are utterly enjoying the other. 

Now watch...that same old peanut butter and jelly sandwich is a Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich, a delicious wonder to the taste!

Daphne's Diary: Oct. 9, 1969

Thursday

     The wind outside howled.  The old Victorian creaked and moaned.  I could not have planned for better conditions on this night of my Ceremonial Dance class. 
     "I'm frightened," I heard Cassandra whisper to another student as the electricity went out and the fireplace flames leaped.
     Gwen stepped into the center of the dancers' circle.  I could see an indigo haze form on her forehead.  She furrowed her brow, something distressful was coming to her third eye of psychic sight.
     "What is it, Gwen?" I asked.
     "I'm seeing a serpent at the base of my spine.  It's uncoiling as if it has been disturbed."
     "What else can you see?"
     "Angels...and...a brilliant White Light," she gasped.
     "Gwen, the serpent has been holding your past for you, your Karma and deep emotional wounds.  The angels are here to honor your good works and will break those ties to your sadness -- if you allow them."
     I knew Gwen had issues and struggles in her life that held her back from success.  The serpent is fighting to hold her guilt in place, rising to attack the angels. The angels can set her on the Path of Liberation and release the painful memories.  What she chooses in her mind will make all the difference.
     The indigo haze grew brighter and covered Gwen's entire face.  Suddenly, and without warning, long, violet rays began erupting from the top of her head.  Gwen made her choice.  
     Another student has entered the Center of the Universe.
